Refund policy for subscriptions

Output's refund policy for Arcade, Co-Producer, Creator, Output FX, and Output One subscriptions, when you're eligible, and how to submit a request

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the transaction date. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

For the full legal terms, see our Terms of Use.

How to submit a refund request

You'll need your invoice number to submit a request. Find it in Order History on your account page, then click the button below.

One of our support agents will review your request during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm PST). Once we confirm eligibility and issue the refund, allow 5 to 7 business days for it to appear on your statement.

After 30 days, annual charges are non-refundable. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before your next billing date. See Cancel your subscription for steps.

Before filing a bank dispute

If you're thinking about disputing a charge with your bank, reach out to us first. A chargeback is a forced reversal initiated by your bank rather than a direct refund from us. It's a longer process and can affect your standing with us, which may cause issues if you want to purchase from Output again. We'd rather sort it out with you directly. Submit a refund request and we'll do our best to help.
