You can switch your subscription plan or billing term at any time from account.output.com. Changes take effect immediately and your billing is prorated so you only pay the difference.
Change between monthly and yearly billing
Go to account.output.com and log in.
Click Subscription in the left sidebar.
Click your current plan card.
Select the billing term you want and click Continue.
Review the confirmation screen and click Change Plan.
Your new plan starts immediately. You'll be charged the new plan rate minus a prorated credit for the unused time on your current plan. If you're on a trial, you'll be charged once the trial ends.
If you switch from yearly to monthly, the prorated credit for the unused portion of your yearly plan is applied to future invoices automatically. If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method instead, submit a request via the refund policy for subscriptions and let us know you'd like a refund for the difference rather than a full cancellation.
Upgrade to Output One
If you're on an individual plan (Arcade, Co-Producer, Creator, or Output FX), you can upgrade to Output One directly from your account page.
Go to account.output.com and log in.
Click Subscription in the left sidebar.
Click Upgrade to Output One.
Review the upgrade details and click Upgrade to Output One to confirm.
Your individual plan is automatically cancelled and replaced by Output One. You'll be issued a prorated credit for the unused time on your current plan, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for Output One for the remainder of your billing period. Your billing date stays the same.
You can only upgrade to Output One within your current billing term. If you want to switch terms at the same time, either switch your individual plan to the desired term first and then upgrade, or upgrade to Output One first and then switch terms.
Other plan changes
Some plan changes aren't available directly on the account page. For these, the path is to cancel your current subscription and sign up for the plan you want once it expires.
Switching from Output One to an individual plan
Cancel your Output One subscription.
Wait for your current billing period to expire.
Sign up for the individual plan of your choice at output.com.
Switching from one individual plan to another
Our system does not allow two individual subscriptions to be active at the same time. If you try to sign up for a second individual plan, you'll be directed to upgrade to Output One instead.

Sign up for the plan you want at output.com.
If you're on an yearly plan and don't want to wait for it to expire before switching, cancel your subscription and submit a refund request via the refund policy for subscriptions page. Let us know you'd like a refund for the unused portion so you can sign up sooner.
