If you purchased an instrument, FX plugin, or bundle directly from output.com and want to return it for a refund, you have 14 days from your transaction date to request one. This applies whether or not you installed the product.

Individual Expansion Pack orders
NFR products (Not For Resale)
Products purchased from an authorized dealer (those purchases are subject to their own policy). See our list of authorized dealers.
Products acquired from an unauthorized source such as a third-party individual or unlicensed reseller (for example, a license or bundle purchased from someone online)
How to submit a request
Find your invoice number in Order History on your account page.
If you installed and registered the product, uninstall it. See Uninstall the Output Bundle for instructions.

One of our support agents will review your request during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm PST). Once we confirm eligibility and issue the refund, allow 5 to 7 business days for it to appear on your statement.
