You can pause your monthly subscription for one month. During the pause you won't be charged and you won't have access to your products. Your subscription resumes automatically after the pause and renews at your regular rate.
How to pause
Go to account.output.com and log in.
Click Subscription in the left sidebar.
Click × Cancel Subscription next to your plan.
On the next screen, review the pause terms and click Pause Subscription.
Your subscription card will update to show your pause start and end dates. You keep full access until the pause begins.
What happens during a pause
You won't be charged during the paused month
You won't have access to your products during the pause
Your subscription resumes automatically after one month and renews at your regular billing rate
You can resume early at any time from account.output.com
A few things to know
Pausing is only available for monthly subscriptions. Annual plans cannot be paused.
Pausing is not available during a free trial.
You can pause again in a future month, but there must be at least one active paid month between pauses.
If your subscription has a past due payment, the pause takes effect the following billing cycle. The current past due invoice will still be attempted.
If you need more than one month off, consider cancelling your subscription and resubscribing when you're ready.
