Unrecognized charge from Output

If you see a charge from Output on your bank or card statement and don't recognize it, here's how to identify it, find the account, and stop future charges

Output is a music technology company that makes software instruments and effects for producers and musicians. If you're seeing a charge from us and aren't sure why, it's likely that you or someone with access to your payment information signed up for one of our subscription plans.

Charges from Output appear on bank and card statements as:

  • Output

  • Output, Los Angeles, USA, CA

  • PAYPAL *OUTPUT

Why you might not recognize the charge

A few common reasons:

  • You signed up for a free trial and it converted to a paid subscription

  • A partner, family member, or someone else with access to your payment method signed up

  • You thought you had cancelled the trial or subscription, but it's still active

  • The account is linked to an alternate email address (one with a typo, an expired domain, or one you no longer use or check regularly)

  • In rare cases, it may be an unauthorized or fraudulent charge

Find the account

We can track down the account for you. Just submit a lookup request using the button below and we'll take it from there.

(Check the bottom right of the page and follow the prompts)

If you'd like to try locating it yourself first:

  1. Enter every email address you may have used. If someone else in your household may have signed up, try their email addresses too.

  2. If you receive a password reset email, that email has an Output account linked to it. Log in and check the Subscription section.

  3. If no reset email arrives, there's no account tied to that address. Try another.

Stop future charges

Once you locate the account, see Cancel your subscription for steps to cancel directly.

If you submitted an account lookup request, just let us know in the form or in your reply that you'd like to cancel and we'll take care of it for you.

If you'd like to request a refund for past charges, see the refund policy for eligibility.
