Click the Cancel Subscription button on your account page - click HERE to access the Subscriptions tab of the account page.
NOTE: Your ARCADE subscription cannot be canceled via Voicemail and must be done from the account page.
If you're unable to find your ARCADE subscription within the account page this may be a sign that your subscription is tied to a different email address. Signing into output.com with any additional email addresses, such as the email associated with your PayPal account, can help you locate the subscription.
