Can't log in to your Output account

Troubleshoot Output account login issues, wrong email, forgotten password, Google sign-in, and recovering a lost account.

Your Output account login works the same everywhere (account.output.com, Arcade, Output Creator, and Co-Producer) all use the same email and password.

Check your email first

The email on your Output account is the one you used when you signed up. If you're getting an "Please enter a valid email" or "No subscription found" error, try these before anything else:

  1. Check for typos, a single misplaced character will block access.

  2. Search your inbox for past emails from Output to confirm which address you used.

  3. If you have multiple email addresses, try each one at account.output.com.

If none of your email addresses work, your account may be under a different address or you may not have one yet. Contact support so we can look up your account and get you sorted.

Reset your password

If your email is correct but your password isn't working:

  1. Go to the forgot password page and enter your Output account email.

  2. Check your inbox, the reset email arrives immediately. If it's not there, check your spam folder.

  3. If the email still didn't arrive, the address you entered likely isn't attached to an Output account. Try a different email.

  4. Click the link in the reset email and set a new password.

Note: Passwords must be at least 7 characters and include at least one letter and one number.

Signed up with Google

If you created your Output account using "Sign in with Google," you don't have a separate Output password. Use the Sign in with Google button on the login page. The "Forgot password" link won't work for your account.

If you created an account with your gmail.com email, but then switched to Google SSO, you will not be able to login by typing your email and password. You will need to use Google SSO from now on.

Update your email address

You can change the email on your account at account.output.com under your account settings. If you no longer have access to the email address your account is registered under, contact support and we'll update it for you.

Logging in to Arcade, Output Creator, or Co-Producer

All Output software uses your Output account credentials. If you can log in at account.output.com but not inside a plugin or app, check the relevant troubleshooting article for that product.

You're back in so go make something.
