Can I pause my subscription?

Yes — you can pause your Output subscription for one month at a time.

To pause, go to https://account.output.com, sign in, navigate to the Subscription section, and click “Cancel Subscription.” There, you’ll be presented with the option to pause instead.

When you pause:

  • You’ll retain access until the pause begins

  • You won’t be charged during the paused month

  • Access will be temporarily disabled during the paused month

  • Your subscription will automatically resume after one month

Please note:

  • Pausing is only available for monthly subscriptions, not yearly plans

  • Pausing is not available during a free trial

  • If your account is past due, the pause will take effect with your next billing cycle — not immediately

  • If you need to pause for longer than one month, consider contacting our support team for help.
    Otherwise — while we’d be sad to see you go — you can cancel your subscription and resubscribe whenever you’re ready.
