Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery typically takes 4 to 10 business days depending on your location. Please note, we don’t ship on weekends or holidays.

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be for a return eligible, your item must be:
Unworn and unused
In original packaging
With tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase

If the return is accepted, a return label and instructions will be sent to your email.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
