Co-Producer says it can't find your subscription

How to resolve the "we can't find your subscription" error in Co-Producer, caused by an account issue or a Windows clock-sync problem

If you see this error message:

We can't find your subscription. Please ensure your clock is set correctly, and try signing in again or contacting support if you continue to experience issues. (IAT)

It usually means one of three things: you're logged into the wrong account, your subscription isn't active, or (on Windows) a clock-sync issue.

Confirm your account and subscription

Check that you're signing in with the email tied to your Co-Producer subscription, and that the subscription is active. If you're able to log into your Output account but not into Co-Producer itself, see Can log in to your Output account but not to your product.

Sync your clock and reinstall (Windows only)

If the issue is occurring on your Windows device, Co-Producer's authentication doesn't work correctly if your system clock is set manually instead of syncing automatically.

  1. Uninstall Co-Producer completely (see Reinstall Co-Producer)

  2. Go to Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time and turn on Set time automatically and Set time zone automatically

  3. Reinstall Co-Producer and log in again

If the error persists

Install NetTime for a more precise time sync. This has resolved the issue for some users when the steps above didn't help.
