Not sure where to see or find your serial codes for your products?
Simply log in to your account from the Output Hub and select the "Serial Codes" tab for a product to view its serial code:
Alternatively, you can login to your Output account on our website and under "Updates and Installers" you can view your purchased products and their serial codes. You can also re-download your Instruments, FX Engines, and Expansions here as well!
Only serialized Output FX and Output Kontakt instruments need serial numbers. Subscription products do not need or have serial numbers attached to them.
If you still cannot find your serial code, make sure you are logged in with the email you used when you made you purchase. Otherwise, contact support and we'll be happy to send it over to you.
