PRO TIP: Use Hub for downloading and installing each Instrument: Only use Native Access to REGISTER and LOCATE each Instrument.
Getting Started
Downloads and Installations are handled by Output Hub.
Output Hub will download, unpack, and organize all of your instrument files in the disk drive location of your choice.
Activation is handled by Native Access.
You will use your serial code for activation.
If your system is not compatible with Native Access 2, please refer to How To Install Your Instrument using Output Hub and Native Access 1
Downloading Your Instrument
Download and open Output Hub and log in to your Output account.
Select Download in the corresponding product tab.
Select the download location.
If you are using external storage, we recommend downloading the instrument to your desktop first. Transfer the library folder to your external drive after the download is complete.

Please follow these steps if you're installing and activating your Instrument for the first time. If you've previously followed these steps, simply sign in to Native Access with the Native Instruments account you used in the past, and skip to the Final Installation Steps.
Copy your instrument's serial code.
Your serial can be found in the Output Hub next to the product's name
It can also be found on your Output Account page under Downloads
In the bottom left-hand side, click Add a serial
Paste your serial code and click ENTER to authenticate your instrument.
Final Installation Steps
Now that your instrument has been activated, the next step is to set the file path within Native Access. This is important for ensuring Native Access recognizes the product is installed.
Click All section again at the top of the Native Access window.
Locate the Instrument and click on the ellipsis (three-dotted) icon
Click the Locate
Select Choose Location
Locate the instrument folder you downloaded from Output Hub
Select Open and Confirm
Afterward, your instrument should appear with a greyed-out Installed button next to it.
It will also appear in the Installed tab
Congratulations!
At this point, your product is fully installed. Now open up your DAW of choice, and locate Kontakt from your list of instrument plugins, and you'll find your Output instrument in Kontakt. If you need help using the Kontakt player, check out this helpful article.
Expansion Packs
If you have also purchased expansion packs for your instruments, you can now install them via the Output Hub.
Optimizing your instrument's performance
We recommend performing a Batch Re-Save to improve your instruments’ loading times.
Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing issues with Output Hub, you have the option to download, install, and activate your instruments using Native Access alone. Contact us at [email protected] for instructions.
