My Output Instrument Is Displaying 'DEMO MODE'

Pro tip: When purchasing or registering software, it's recommended to use the same Native ID for all your products.

If your Output Instrument displays 'DEMO,' you need to register and activate your instrument in Native Access. Follow the steps in our guide (link: HERE) to activate your instrument. If you've downloaded your instrument using Output Hub, start from the section titled "Activating Your Instrument.."

If you've previously activated your instrument, ensure that you're logged in with the Native ID account associated with your serial code registration.

If you need to re-register your serial code with a new Native ID, please contact out support team.
