If you happen to launch Arcade in your recording software, and the feed comes up “blank”, please try the following:


  • First, sign out of Arcade in the plug-in instance of your recording software, and then, sign back in. Is the feed still coming up blank?
  • If so, then, go ahead and close your recording software, and then, launch the standalone version of Arcade. Then, go through the process of signing out of Arcade, and then signing back in.


At this point, next time you launch Arcade in your recording software, you're feed should populate!
