If you're experiencing issues with Arcade, a clean reinstall may fix the problem.
Reinstalling Arcade will erase and remove all previously downloaded content from your system, including custom user Kits.

Reinstalling Arcade on macOS
Delete the four (4) Arcade plugin files in each directory:
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Arcade.component
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST/Arcade.vst
/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/Arcade.vst3
/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Arcade.aax
Delete the entire Arcade folder:
/Library/Application Support/Output/Arcade
Deleting the entire folder in this location is required for Arcade to be completely uninstalled. If this folder is not deleted, the uninstall is incomplete.
Download the latest Arcade Installer.
Run the installer
Restart your computer
Reinstalling Arcade on Windows 10
Run the uninstaller that comes bundled with the installer:
Settings -> Programs and Features -> Select Arcade from the list and uninstall
Delete the entire hidden folder here:
C:\ProgramData\Output\Arcade
To access hidden folders, please review this guide: Access Hidden Folders
Deleting the entire folder in this location is required for Arcade to be completely uninstalled. If this folder is not deleted, the uninstall is incomplete.
Download the latest ARCADE Installer
Run the installer
Restart your computer and you'll be all set!
