Who Is Eligible for the 60 day free trial loyalty offer?
To qualify for the promotion, you must have an active Arcade subscription.
Who isn't?
Active subscribers with a past due payment are NOT eligible. If you’re past due, make sure to bring your account up to date to be eligible.
Accounts with a canceled (set to expire) subscription will NOT be eligible. However, you can reactivate your subscription before the expiration date to be eligible.
Accounts with a past expired Arcade subscription will also NOT be eligible for the promotion, but you will be eligible for a 7 day free trial of Output One.
What Does the 60 day free loyalty offer Include?
You will get access to all Output FX and Co-Producer at no additional cost for 60 days. A separate Co-Producer & Output FX loyalty offer plan will be added to your account alongside your existing Arcade subscription.
This means you will have two active subscriptions on your account during the trial:
Your existing Arcade plan, which you’ll continue to pay for as usual
The temporary loyalty offer plan, which gives you access to Co-Producer and Output FX for free during the trial period
What Happens After the Trial?
Your Arcade plan and loyalty offer will be automatically canceled and replaced by a single Output One plan.
You will receive a prorated credit for any unused time remaining on your Arcade subscription.
You can cancel the Co-Producer & Output FX loyalty offer plan anytime before the renewal date by logging into account.output.com.
Even if you cancel early, you'll retain access through the full 60-day trial.
How Much Will I Be Charged After My Trial?
Your charge depends on your current Arcade plan and the exact date your Loyalty offer trial ends—that’s when your Output One upgrade begins.
Below are two example scenarios to help illustrate how your first Output One invoice might be calculated:
If you're on a Monthly Arcade plan (1st of the month billing example):
Arcade cost: $12.99 USD
Output One cost: $14.99 USD
Your billing date stays the same — June 1.
Your Output One trial ends and your paid plan starts on June 15 (halfway through your billing cycle).
You’ll receive a $6.50 credit for the unused time on your Arcade plan.
You’ll be charged $7.50 for the remaining days of Output One for this cycle.
That means your net charge will be about $1.00.
Starting next month, you’ll be billed $14.99/month on your regular billing date (the 1st of each month).
If you're on a Yearly Arcade plan (1st of the year billing example):
Arcade cost: $99 USD
Output One: $119 USD
Your billing date stays the same — Jan 1.
Your Output One trial ends and your paid plan starts on July 1 (halfway through your billing cycle).
You’ll receive a $50 credit for the unused time on your Arcade plan.
You’ll be charged $60 for the remaining days of Output One for this cycle.
That means your net charge will be about $10.
Starting the following January, you’ll be billed $119/year on your regular billing date.
Note: These are simplified estimates. Final charges may vary slightly based on your billing date, tax, or currency.
