NOTE: If Hub does not say there is an update available, click the refresh icon next to "My Products". If you still don't see any updates available, you can rest assured, you have the most up-to-date version available!

For Kontakt-based Engines:

  1. Login to Output Hub (Download)

  2. Click "Update"

    • If Hub doesn't recognize that you have the instrument installed, click "Download" next to the library you wish to update instead. Then, please select the folder for the ENGINE you'd like to update. Don't worry - as long as you select the correct folder, it will check the file structure and only download the components necessary for the update. If no update is available, it will just mark the ENGINE as installed in HUB again!

  3. Select your instrument's library main folder when prompted

  4. Once it's finished downloading, you're good to go!

For FX Engines:

  1. Login to Output Hub (Download)

  2. Click "Download" when you see "Update Available" just above it.

    • If you don't see "Update Available" please click the Refresh icon next to "My Products". If you don't see Update available appear for any products, then you are up-to-date.

    • If Hub doesn't recognize that you have the FX Engine installed, click "Download" next to the library you wish to update instead.

      • Hub will download the installer at this point.

  3. Run the installer and follow the onscreen instructions.

    • Make sure to install it to the default location on your default system drive, or your product will not function correctly.
