US customers can pay in installments through Affirm. The option appears at checkout for eligible orders.
Payment declined
If your card is accepted but the transaction fails, try these in order:
Switch to a different browser.
Open a private or incognito window and retry.
Try a different payment method such as PayPal or another card.
Try a different device.
If it still fails:
Confirm you have available funds or credit on the card.
Confirm you're not using a prepaid card.
Call your bank to check for any holds. Ask for a decline reason and a reference number while you have them on the line.
Provide us with that reference number and we'll take it from there.
Payments from Russia
We can't process payments originating from Russia or any of the countries listed in this page: Blocked countries due to US and EU sanctions. All payment processors and card issuers we work with have restricted transactions from Russian banks due to ongoing global conflicts.
