Leor is the Customer Support Team Manager and has over 10 years of customer support leadership experience. He is a multi-instrumentalist who plays drums, guitar, bass and piano in many bands across the Front Range in Colorado.

 

Ty W. Sr. Customer Support Rep

Ty is a Senior Customer Support Agent and specializes in the software side of things.  He is a versatile composer and guitarist who enjoys learning new things and playing challenging games in his free time.

 

Tim R. Sr. Customer Support Rep

Tim is one of Output’s Senior Customer Support agents, who focuses primarily on hardware support. He is a singer-songwriter and producer based out of Los Angeles.

 

Sofía Q. Customer Support Rep

Sofía is a bilingual Customer Support Representative from Puerto Rico, with 7+ years of retail and support experience. She is a singer-songwriter and trained music therapist currently based in the DMV area.

 

Diego R. Billing Support Rep

Diego is a Customer Success Representative with over 2 years of customer support experience. He is a vocalist who has sung in various a cappella groups, choirs, and musicals since discovering a passion for music and singing in high school.

 

William W. Customer Support Rep

William is a Customer Support Representative based on the East Coast with a deep background in technical support and music. He has a discriminating a taste for hardware synthesizers and sound design. He firmly believes, in electronic music production, that, "If it slaps good, it is good."

 

Reece M. Customer Support Rep

Reece is an electronic musician from Los Angeles, interested in finding new ways to help push music tech forward. Currently intrigued with creating and layering un-synced loops.

 

Jake S. Customer Support Rep

Jake is a Customer Success Representative, who has been in the customer service field for 5 years. He is passionate about Podcasting, Audiobooks, and Live Streaming, with experience in all facets of production in those mediums.
