Native Access may display the following error code during activation:
"Something went wrong during the registration of ENGINE NAME, Registration error: The serial has been registered already"
This error occurs when you are attempting to register your serial to a different Native Access account than the one you originally registered it to.
To fix this, sign-in to the Native Access account that your serial was originally registered to.
If you're unable to do so, reach out to us via the chat button in the bottom right of this help article with the following information:
The original invoice (you can find this in your Output account in the Orders tab
The original email address that the order was placed from
The full 25 digit serial code
Once we have the above information, we will be able to assist you in gaining access to your product.
