As stated in the Arcade Terms of Use, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable and non-returnable. In order to avoid further subscription charges, cancel your subscription before the next billing period by logging in to your Output account and visiting the Arcade section.

Annual subscriptions are refundable within the first thirty (30) days after purchase. If within that window, you can submit a request with our team, who will follow up to assist.
