If ARCADE is not performing very well, we can try doing a clean reinstallation of ARCADE. 

MAC

To uninstall ARCADE you'll need to manually delete the ARCADE plugin file in each plugin directory. 

Here are the 4 folders in which you'll find an ARCADE file:

  • /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
  • /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST
  • /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3
  • /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins

Next, you'll need to delete the ARCADE content folder located here: /Library/Application Support/Output/Arcade.

At this point, you'll have fully uninstalled the program.

Then, please go to https://output.com/account/downloads and download the latest version of ARCADE.

PC

First, please run the uninstaller that comes bundled with the installer here:

Control Panel (win7) or Settings WIN10 -> Programs and Features -> Select Arcade from the list and uninstall. 

Also please delete the Arcade content and preferences files that go here: C:\ProgramData\Output\Arcade

Then, please go to https://output.com/account/downloads and download the latest version.
