So sorry to hear that! If you followed the prompt in Hub to update and the update doesn't seem to be working, please do the following:

Mac:

  1. In the top menu bar of the Finder, click on the 'Go' dropdown menu
  2. Hold the 'opt' key and click on 'Library'
  3. In the new Finder window that appears - navigate to Application Support/Output Hub
  4. Delete the Output Hub folder

PC:

  1. In the Windows Search bar in the bottom left corner of your screen, type %LOCALAPPDATA%
  2. In this window, navigate to Output Hub
  3. Delete the Output Hub folder

Then download Hub again from our site. Run the installer, and everything should work from there. If you're still having trouble, get in touch with our support team about receiving manual download links for your product.
