My Kontakt Engine Is Displaying 'DEMO MODE'

Pro tip - When purchasing or registering software from any vendor, try and use the same Native ID for all your products. 

If your Kontakt engine is displaying 'DEMO,' then you likely need to register and activate your instrument in Native Access. To activate your instrument, please follow the steps in our guide: HERE. If you've already downloaded your instrument using Output Hub, you can start from the section titled Activating Your Instrument.

If you've already activated your instrument in the past, make sure you're logged in with the Native ID account you've used to register your serial code.

If you do need to register your serial code with a new Native ID, then please contact support
