Native Access may display the following error code during activation:
"Something went wrong during the registration of ENGINE NAME, Registration error: The serial has been registered already"
This error occurs when you are attempting to register your serial to a different Native Access account than the one you originally registered it to.
To fix this, sign-in to the Native Access account that your serial was originally registered to.
If you're unable to do so, submit a request to Output Support with the following information:
- The original invoice (you can find this in your Output account in the Orders tab)
- The original email address that the order was placed from
- The full 25 digit serial code
Once we have the above information, we will be able to assist you in gaining access to your product.
