Troubleshooting:

If you're unable to locate Arcade inside Pro Tools, we recommend rescanning your plugins. The easiest way to rescan is by doing the following:

  1. Restart your Computer
  2. Reopen Pro Tools. This will automatically rescan your plugins

If this still doesn't solve the issue, follow these instructions to force a rescan:

WIN:

  1. Quit Pro Tools.
  2. Press [Win key]+R, type %appdata% and hit Enter. In the Roaming folder that shows, navigate to Avid > Pro Tools.
  3. Locate the InstalledAAXPlugins file and drag it to your desktop.
  4. Open Pro Tools.
  5. If the issue is resolved, delete the InstalledAAXPLugins file from your desktop.

macOS:

  1. Quit Pro Tools.
  2. In Finder, click on the Go menu, hold down the [Alt/Option] key, and click on Library.
  3. Go to Preferences > Avid > Pro Tools.
  4. Locate the InstalledAAXPlugins file and drag it to your desktop.
  5. Open Pro Tools
  6. If the issue is resolved, delete the InstalledAAXPLugins file from your desktop.

Note: Pro Tools First does not support most Third-Party Plug-Ins, therefore, Arcade is not compatible with this version of Pro Tools. See this article for more information.
