Portal Clean Reinstall

Please make sure that each computer you run the uninstaller on is connected to the internet.

Now, please make sure that each computer you are about to run the uninstaller on is connected to the internet. When you're ready:

  • MAC Users: You can download and run the MAC uninstaller from this link: PORTAL Mac Uninstaller.
  • PC Users: You will need to manually delete these files from your system drive:

C:\ProgramData\Output\Portal
C:\Program Files\Vstplugins\Portal
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Portal
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins\Portal

Once you've run the uninstaller / Portal folder and plugin files have been deleted please download Portal again from Output Hub, or your account page which you can find at output.com/account/downloads
