How long are shipping times?

Where does the Output Studio Collection ship?

Our Studio Collection, including Frontier are currently available to ship to the lower 48 US states and Europe. We ship directly from our factory in Durham, NC.

European customers can order directly through our EU/UK distributor,

At this time we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. 

How much does shipping cost?

United States: $150 flat rate shipping for Platform, $85 flat rate shipping for Sidecar, $65 flat rate shipping for Speaker Stands. Our Eco-Acoustic Panels have varying flat-rates depending on the product. Shipping is free for Frontier. 

Europe: Varies by location for the following items: Platform, Sidecar, Speaker Stands and Eco-Acoustic Panels. Shipping cost will be displayed at check out.

Shipping for Frontier speakers is free. 

Are there options for expedited shipping?

Due to extremely high demand and exorbitant shipping costs, we are unable to offer any form of expedited shipping at this time and are unable to accommodate these requests.

What about PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to these address types.

What if I live outside of the US and Europe?

What about Canada?

We have temporarily suspended shipping to Canada due to logistical issues. There is no existing estimate for when shipping to Canada will resume.

If you would like to be notified once we resume shipping our hardware to Canada, you may reach out to our support team and we can add you to a notification list for when we resume shipping to Canada.
