If you’re running Arcade in standalone mode, first see if you can set your audio output device from the Audio Midi settings in the dashboard.
If you can’t find any options listed in this menu, please try the following steps:
Log out from Arcade by going to the Menu Tab > Account and clicking on ‘Log out’.
Choose your Audio Output device as shown in the image below.
Restart your system and log into Arcade again. Your audio settings should be working now and you should be able to hear sound.
If you’re using Arcade in a DAW and unable to hear any sound:
Make sure that you’re playing white keys in the range of C2-C4 - these are the only keys that will play sound. Black keys in Arcade do not play sound, and the MIDI notes C-1 to C1 will shift the pitch of loops that are played at the same time.
Check the audio output routing for the Arcade track, ensure there’s no other channels muted or solo’d and there’s a clear path to the Master output bus.
Double check the audio output device in your DAW’s settings, make sure the current settings will route to your speakers or headphones.
