MOVEMENT features a low-CPU mode you can enable if it's slowing down your system. To do so, click on the icon in the bottom left corner of Movement's GUI (pictured below):

This will freeze all motion graphics but will not affect the audio. If you're on a PC, please make sure that your graphics card driver is up-to-date.

Also, please make sure you're running your DAW in 64-bit mode and try using a Buffer Size of at least 512, higher if possible.
