When you save a preset it will be stored in the user preset folder in the drop-down menu. The presets are stored in the DATA folder within the Instrument library folder. If you would like to share presets with another user just place them in User Folder for the instrument type it was made in. For instance, if someone shared a preset for the Loop engine you can place that ".NKA" file in *ENGINE NAME*/DATA/Loops/user presets.
