New in Arcade v2.5.1: Reverse
Updated over a month ago

Arcade v2.5.1 introduces Reverse. Reverse does what it sounds like: It reverses one-shot sample playback for new, interesting textures and tones.

Reverse can be accessed from the Layer Edit tab on the Tweak page of any Instrument.

To turn on Reverse, first find and load a one-shot (non-pad) source into any Layer by clicking the waveform icon under “Layer A” then select “Sort By.” Next, select “One-Shot.” This will filter the Source Browser to only show One-shot sources.

Once you’ve loaded a one-shot into Layer A, click the Reverse icon in the top of the Waveform section.

Play and hold a note and you will hear the sound play back in reverse.
