The Main panel is the focal point of the Sample Edit Page. This panel houses controls such as Volume and Panning:

Main Panel Controls:

Volume – Turn this knob to increase or decrease the volume of the Sample. Measured in decibels.

Pan – Turn this knob to shift the sound of the Sample to the left or the right. It is measured in relative distance from the center point.

Attack – Turn this knob to increase or decrease the amount of time it takes the Sample to reach its highest volume. Measured in milliseconds.

Release – Turn this knob to increase or decrease the amount of time it takes the Sample to stop playing once you have released the note. Measured in milliseconds.

Crossfade – This knob applies a fade between the Loop start and Loop end points to avoid potential clicks. You can dial in the fade amount in milliseconds with the knob.

Note: The Volume and Pan knobs in the Main panel are analogous to those shown in the Mixer.
